I ordered one of these and put it together by myself. The allan key provided went blunt after the third screw, so I had to raid my husband's tool box for another. Once put together it was creaky and felt like it was going to break whenever I sat on it. I very nearly returned it, until my husband pulled out the electric screwdriver and tightened all the screws, no more creaks and felt completely solid. Took 2 hours to do the first on my own, when I ordered a second one it took about 30 mins for me and my husband to do together. Well packaged and instructions easy to follow. Beautiful looking bed with a gorgeous finish, but not completely without flaws. The slats in the headboard and footboard are slightly short, and the mattress slats are thin, and are smaller pieces joined together to make longer pieces, making me wonder how long these will last. They're also unfinished so beware of splinters and catches the fabric of the mattress when sliding it on and off. Would have given 5 stars if not for those two flaws.

The instru lions were easy to follow in order to build this bed, which when completed was a good solid unit. The down side was the two tools provided to complete the build. Totally useless. Lu killy I had my own socket, rat set Nd Allen key.

Was dubious about buying a bed on Amazon but this bed exceeded my expectations. Definitely need at least 2 people to assemble tho coz lots of bits to put together but a very strong and sturdy frame. Instructions need to be a bit clearer as well. But on a whole a good product!

Too be honest, the bed is cheap.. but I’ll give my honest opinion regardless of price.. as sometimes it’s better to spend more on one bed, then twice on two beds. The bed was pretty confusing to put together, however the main issue I had was the little wooden pieces used to hold prices together didn’t fit quite a lot so too small / too big, but these are needed to hold slats onto headboard and footboard.. the bed is also quite thin and flimsy. Good parts, once together.. the bed looks lovely and painted well. I’m not sure how long it will last though

My daughter picked this out for her room. I was a little unsure due to the low price . Very pleased with the quality, slightly awkward to assemble but not difficult when using the guide. Would recommend for kids/teens and smaller adults.
