Lovely bed, very sturdy. Only reason for 4 stars of the instructions could be clearer. One piece for bed rail to be attached to was not clearly stated to be put a certain way and so we only noticed after pretty much completing the build which was slightly infuriating but we found a way around it. Screws aren't that clear to identify but ok through process of elimination. Overall, good quality for the price and my daughter is extremely happy with her new bed

Prompt delivery from the company, no complaints there. Some damage to outer packaging but was generally intact. However, when unpacked, I discovered that two essential parts of the frame were missing and at least three other items either had damage (splits) or had been filled where there was either damage on production or where a piece had been routed wrongly, and not filled very well either. I was disappointed but not as disappointed as my daughter who was looking forward to stepping into a big bed for the first time. My advice is to check everything before you even start emptying out rooms otherwise you will have a wasted few hours like me.
