Spend a bit more and get something with better quality. Not been dry fitted together as parts didnt fit well at all (screws needed put in at angles etc) due to misalined fixing points and pre drilled holes. Screws are so soft they snap when trying to remove. Wanted to return due to these issues but as 3 screws are now snapped in the only way to get the bed apart would be with a hammer and that would destroy the boards. Contacted amazon regarding this and told them the issues with the screws and they just said return it. Told them that wouldnt be possible due to the screws and that i can send all the proof and can i have a partial refund due to the issues and they point blank refused. If someone from Homcom sees this please get intouch. Asked for someone from your company as amazon were just messing about and they refused and said theres nothing else we can do. Ive started a chargeback through my bank but hopefully someone can sort this out before it comes to that
